Terms and Restrictions
- All Cleaning Specialists are required to wear masks and other necessary PPE as required by
SANIDYNE company policy
- SANIDYNE CDS (Cleaning and Disinfection Services) accepts the following payment methods:
Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Zelle Payments and CashApp
- Payment is due in full once cleaning services have been completed
- SANIDYNE Cleaning Specialists are not authorized to repair broken or malfunctioning plumbing
systems nor remove clogs from toilets, sinks and drains
Cancellations: a customer must give atleast 12 hrs notice to cancel an appoinment once an
email booking is confirmed by SANIDYNE via email
- A customer may cancel an appointment once without penalty. If a customer cancels a
rescheduled appoinmtent a second time they will be receive a $100.00 cancellation sure charge
Customer requests to modify or cancel an on-going cleaning appointment:if a customer suddenly requests to modify or cancel a
cleaning appointment when the cleaning specialist has started, for example, a request to clean only half the total area. SANIDYNE
staff will honor the customer's request and the customer will be charged the Maximum price per square foot at ($1.80/sqft) for
the area that was cleaned .
Refund Policy: SANIDYNE CDS will not provide refunds for any cleaning work completed at a customer's home. SANIDYNE will
only process refunds for deposits or prepayments for future cleaning appointments at the customer's request.
Additional Terms and Restrictions
- Cleaning Specialist are not allowed to receive or ask for gratuities from customers
- Customers are required to provide reasonable space for SANIDYNE Cleaning Specialist to
temporarily store cleaning equipment and chemicals during the appointment
- With the exception of Certified Service Animals, customers are required to leash and or
relocate any house pets from any rooms designated to be cleaned. Please be advised that the
Safety of our staff is Non-Negotiable!
- Any customer failing to comply to a request from the Cleaning Specialist to leash or relocate
their pet will forfit their cleaning
appointment and will receive $150.00 inconvenience surecharge for noncompliance
- Customers are required to ensure that all children under the age of 12 are supervised and kept
away from the cleaning area, including equipment and cleaning chemicals, in order to prevent
